HomeHarbor Capital is not an anonymous financial corporation but a team of people who invest themselves, question things and take responsibility. Our goal: make sustainable real-estate investments accessible to everyone – fair, digital and easy to understand. For a generation that wants to build wealth without burning the planet.
Right now I’m building HomeHarbor Capital as the sole responsible founder. Product, investment selection, risk and strategy are deliberately centralised with me – supported by specialised partners (e.g. tax, legal, IT security) and in-house AI analysis tools.
Important: The final decision is always made by a human. As the platform grows, these responsibilities will gradually transition into clearly defined roles – such as “Head of Risk”, “Tech Lead Platform” or “ESG & Impact Lead”. We plan these functions as a core team in the making and will fill them step by step.

Focus: founder responsibility + data
Right now, responsibility for investment selection, risk assessment and product strategy is deliberately bundled with the founder in one person. AI-powered tools support the process – but I always make the final call myself.
Risk board & ESG committee (planned)
With the ECSP licence we will build a clearly defined core team – including “Head of Risk”, “Tech Lead Platform” and “ESG & Impact Lead”. This team will form the future risk board and ESG committee for transparent, well-founded decisions.
