We do more than just offset
Not just “buy CO₂ and done”. We offset emissions retroactively (e.g. construction phase) and actively make assets more efficient – for better figures, more stable cash flows and real impact.
Retroactive compensation
CO₂ from the construction phase is offset afterwards – so the entire lifecycle counts, not just the “from now on” part.
Efficiency upgrade
Solar, heat pumps, smart systems. Lower energy consumption = lower costs = more stable distributions.
