Example of Your Investment An investment of €10,000 in one of our projects (€300,000 purchase price, €1,350/month rent, CO₂ certificates at €20/ton) illustrates our transparent and sustainable pricing structure. You always know what you invest and what you gain – for your finances and the planet.

The fees are automatically deducted from your returns – no hidden costs, no surprises!

Our Fee Structure

Management Fee – up to €9,999: 1% | from €10,000: 0.5% of invested capital per year

This fee ensures professional management of your investment, including property management, strategic optimization, and sustainable value appreciation. It is calculated annually based on your invested capital.

Example:

* For an investment of €9,999, the annual management fee is €99.99.
* For an investment of €10,000, the annual management fee is €50.

🌱 Sustainability: 10% of this fee is directly invested in CO₂ certificates.
Example: With a €50 fee, €5 is invested in climate protection projects that save 0.25 tons of CO₂ – of which 0.125 tons are directly certified in your name.

Reserve Fund – 3% of Monthly Rental Income

This fee ensures that the properties are maintained and necessary renovations can be carried out. Reserves are essential to secure the long-term value of your investment.

Example: For monthly rental income of €1,350, the reserve fee amounts to €40.50.

🌱 Sustainability: 10% of this fee is allocated to climate protection projects. For a fee of €40.50, €4.05 is used for CO₂ compensation.
