HomeHarbor Capital was born from a simple thought: investing has to work better – more accessible, more transparent and more sustainable. Especially for people who don’t start with a large amount of capital. Our mission: make property shares as easy as an ETF savings plan, so everyone can have a real seat at the table.
🚀 The idea
Somewhere between CO2 footprints, property analyses and the question “Where can I put my money without feeling bad about it?” HomeHarbor Capital took shape. What started as a small note on the side quickly turned into a clear conviction: capital should not only earn returns, but actually do something meaningful. Bring people together, distribute money fairly, make impact visible – that’s where it began.
🌍 The challenge
Traditional real-estate investments are often expensive, slow and opaque. At the same time, we’re facing the biggest transformation since the start of the industrial age: climate, digitalisation, generational change. Many people want to invest, but not in fossil legacy assets or products nobody truly understands. That’s exactly where HomeHarbor comes in: we bring these three currents together – and build a model that doesn’t punish change, but rewards it.

Our answer is a platform that gives you access to sustainable real-estate projects starting from 50 € – with automatic CO2 compensation, digitally managed and radically transparent. You don’t have to buy an entire apartment to invest in property: you acquire shares and see where your money goes, which rental income is generated and what CO2 impact your investment creates. Not as a greenwashing slogan, but as a number you can actually follow.
