How does HomeHarbor protect my investment?
Your investment is linked to a specific project and managed via a separate client account and reserve fund. On top of that, our digital control framework ensures maximum transparency.
What happens in case of an IT outage?
Our systems run on geo-redundant servers. In addition, backups and manual emergency procedures are in place to ensure transactions and ownership records remain secure at all times.
Which KYC and AML measures apply?
We use certified identification procedures (including IDnow) and comply with all anti-money-laundering obligations under EU law. Each investor is verified once.
Is an external audit of the platform planned?
Yes. For regulatory audits we work with independent auditors as well as our legal and licensing partners. All policies are available for public review.
