We charge a minimal fee of just 2.7% of the total property value, which is only applied upon successful sale and after the property has been transferred to HomeHarbor Capital following successful crowdfunding. Additionally, we allocate 10% of this fee to CO₂ certificates to contribute to environmental protection. Upon request, 50% of these certificates can be directly transferred to you, allowing you to actively contribute to CO₂ reduction as well.
