This bulletin board is a pure information platform (“notice board”). No order matching, no execution, no exchange/MTF. HomeHarbor displays listings and, after bilateral confirmation, records the change of ownership of claims in the dashboard – the legal agreement and payment are made directly between you and the counterparty.

How is a deal concluded?

What if I don’t find a buyer?
Then your share initially remains in the project – you continue to receive rent as long as the property is let.
Later, the asset can be sold jointly and the proceeds distributed. We explain the exit logic in detail under
“Stable returns”.
What does HHC do then?
We run checks (KYC/policies) and re-book holdings so your dashboard is accurate.
Fees?
There are no trading fees for using the bulletin board. (Any future service fees → clearly disclosed.)
